Cadets Drum and Bugle Corps

Just curious as to who still has their bucks. I still have mine. With the show we had in 84' I am amazed that they still have tread! ( He-He.) Anyone still have their sets? I have mine. We put them on a cord to hang around your neck. Any other things I might be missing?

No, I'm lucky I held on to things during the season (organization was never my thing....my Mom always wondered how I could come home with so few clothes....I think of it as dyslexic souvenirs, when I traveled, I left souvenirs for folks along the way ).

I have my corps jacket (actually, I have two of those) and my rings....and lots of amazing memories and lessons. There's not a prayer of me still having much else this many years later...I've moved faaar to many times.

Still have the bucks in a drawer and my charts, music, dot book (actually two 'cause I 'lost' one in Waterloo, ON only to have it returned to me a week later) and even my dog dish from the year I marched. My original dot book was a small 3 ring binder that nearly rusted through from all of the sweat. I 'lost' it because the shoe string attaching it to my waist broke. I think Trevor made me do push-ups to get it back.

I was just given mine by my mother. She saved them all these years. I marched in 1983 and when I came home from Miami she must have put them away. They are in fine shape. Too funny. I posted a picture of them on facebook.

Well when I aged out they were Dinkles... :)

I have one pair in my closet with my drill and dot books, the other pair are thrown over the phone line in front of my parents house in New Jersey!
