Authored by a dedicated trio of alumni, the Cadets 75th Anniversary History Book tells the extraordinary story of the legendary Maroon and Gold. From their humble beginnings within a Garfield, N.J., church hall, to their current home of Allentown, Pa., the Cadets have a tale like no other drum corps in the activity.
This commemorative journal written and designed by Greg Cinzio (1967-77), David Shaw (1950-1958) and Kevin Ullrich (1982-1983) is a must-have for every alumnus, supporter, fan and collector in the activity as the Cadets close out a memorable 75th Anniversary Season! Within its 252 pages are both a narrative and pictorial account of one of the most honored drum and bugle corps in American history. It features more than 300 photographs spanning three-quarters of a century, some of which have never been seen publicly.

The postman just delivered "THE BOOK." The anticipation has been worth the wait.
Unbelievable. I did a quick run through the book to view the vast array of detail and images. It's by far the most comprehensive and attractive historical document I've seen on any aspect of the activity . . . and I've seen many over the last 40 years or so.
The printer did an incredible job with the halftones -- nice and BLACK and WHITE. To me, that's the most outward sign of an excellent printed piece and they did it right.
If I didn't have some pressing project deadlines this weekend, I would sit down and read it cover to cover. I will spend some time this evening and over the next few days absorbing the content.
My most hearty congratulations on a product that is absolutely reflective of the organizations' 75-year history and tradition. I'm thankful to receive a "hot-off-the-press" edition and that the two of you -- and Kevin Ullrich -- were entrusted with this task.
Well done.

I was just informed that the second printing of The Cadets' new history book is now in the works. Backorders will receive first priority when the books arrive (probably by the middle of next week).
