About Me:

joined in1953 at the age of 9 as a rookie , marched in 1956 as a fill in until a spot opened up in 1957.became drum major 62 & 63 . It was along standing tradition in my family that if you were a MURA you were a Cadet.

I only come back up North, once a year at Christmas, to be with the Kids and Grandkids. Ever since I hurt my back, I haven't been able to sit for a long period of time. I had back surgery but to no avail. I was laid up for 18months. And all the Doctors could say is nothing else can be done, so live with it. If you want I'll give you my email address lps723@gmail.com so we can exchange phone #'s and addresses.
