My parents met and marched in drum corps. As a 2nd generation devotee I've been in drum corps my entire life. I marched junior and senior corps, judged in USA, Canada, and England (14 years in DCI), taught many, many corps including Garfield Cadets as the percussion caption head and arranger in 1978. I'm proud to say that our son Ryan is a marching member of the Cadets this 2008 season. I'm still active in both judging and teaching percussion. As a performer, I will travel to China with the Ridgewood Concert Band this July for 9 performances there in 14 days; including one performance which is actually ON The Great Wall of China! I am also serving my in 4th year on Executive Board of Raiders Drum & Bugle Corps Board of Directors.
