About Me:
I am 13 years old. I will be 14 in January of 2010. I am in the 8th grade and play the snare drum. I have been playing a kit drum since I was five and marching snare drum for three years. I have set several goals for myself, one of them being to march with the Cadets, I had the opportunity to meet Lain Moyer at the University of North Alabama a few days ago at their alumni honor band and I am excited about the opportunity to one day be a member of the Cadets. I am very interested in coming to audition now even though I may not be ready yet. I feel the experience will be very good for me. I am working hard and taking lessons from Wes French who also studied under Mr. Moyer at UNA. Good luck in 2010 and I will see all of you very soon.

Zach: It sounds like you're laying great groundwork for the future. The Cadets' November experience camp would be a great way to get a taste of drum corps life, and in particular the unique Cadet experience.
